Ingredients

Dry

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts or tenders
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • Optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds; add small can of diced pineapple

Wet

  • 1 c light soy sauce
  • ¼ c pineapple juice
  • ¼ c canola oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°. 
  • Combine everything in a pan and bake 25 minutes. 
  • Serve with brown rice (90-second microwave or instant). 
  • Steam or microwave fresh or frozen Asian vegetable combo and toss with sauce.
