Having been a former amateur fighter from NYC, and group exercise instructor for over 15 years, I have always been inspired by the combination of fitness, movement and dance.
After winning America’s Next Fitness Star, I created Kickhopping, a three part workout consisting of kickboxing, interval training and dance. I truly believe in the “F3” workout which is faith, family and fitness. By incorporating these three variables into the kick-hopping workout I give my heart and soul to all my students.
