As a lifelong athlete and lover of active movement, I endeavor to share my experience and enthusiasm for positive group movement with all who attend my classes. I truly love to teach fitness and work with people to help them achieve their goals, provide motivation and create a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone. Fitness should be fun and welcoming, and it is my personal credo to make sure all of my programs are approachable and modifiable for everyone. I am a professional musician as well and feel so fortunate to be able to inspire people through both my music and my movement.
