After decades as a dance fitness enthusiast, I made the transition from student to instructor in 2017. My goal is to take you on a physical, mental, and emotional journey through movement.
I incorporate simple dance moves with a variety of music so you can express yourself while getting a great workout. I’m focused on inspiring you to challenge yourself as wells as make it and enjoyable experience, so you stay committed to your wellness. As an active ager myself, I’m motivated to assist you with maintaining mobility and function so you can thrive in your daily activities.
