My passion for fitness began through my love for sports as a youth. I enjoy helping people and getting them to achieve their goals. I care and value my clients. As a former professional athlete, I’ll help you strive for a healthier lifestyle. I believe that exercise and holistic wellness strategies are the best way to achieve and maintain a healthy mind, body, and soul. I specialized in Metabolic, functional, calisthenics and HIIT training, while always incorporating balance and flexibility into my classes. I will push and challenge you, but keep it fun and inviting everytime!
