I keep an open mind when creating my classes because everyone’s ability and goals can be different. My exercise philosophy is based on listening to your body and making the necessary adjustments. Helping you and modifying movements are key components to ensure you get the most out of my class. As your personal Team-Y Coach. I’ll bring my experience in High Intensity Interval Training to help you burn fat and build lean muscle. I understand the journey can be challenging, but as a team we will overcome and become Stronger Together.
I push myself for my students in all my classes, and I am drawn to instructors who do the same. After weights with Gino or having Liz and Bethany motivate me in Cardio Core, I like to breathe and destress with Lauren's Gentle Flow Yoga class.
