I have always been passionate about health and wellness and I work full-time in public health, helping to create healthy and thriving environments for people. Starting out as someone who loves being in group fitness classes, I decided to become a Team-Y Coach! I love being able to share my love for fitness with the diverse YMCA community and motivate you to achieve your goals. My low-impact classes target your whole body through strength and cardio movements that don’t put significant pressure on joints. You can expect to work up a sweat and challenge yourself through intervals that are great for any fitness level.
