My experience as a trainer, instructor and professional dancer has sculpted my comprehensive approach to fitness. With a training focus on lifestyle change, mobility/injury prevention, pre/post-natal fitness and conditioning for longevity, I strive to bring education and mindfulness to all of my students. Flexibilty, balance and strength are equally important for mind and body health. After taking my pilates class, I recommended following your energy - if you feel like a slower flow, try a yoga class, if you are amped up, work up a sweat with a cardio or REZIST class.
