Being a former Dancer and Athlete I have always loved movement of all kinds. Fast forward a few years when I joined the YMCA and started attending all the Group Exercise classes, loving the motivation a group setting gave me. I began teaching and soon created a cardio-based yoga class that combined a yoga flow infused with cardio movements. Many believe that Yoga is mostly stretching and typically a slower class, but my class will show you that you can have the best of both worlds by adding not only cardio but also strength and conditioning movements to a Yoga class. I am a true believer that movement is the best medicine and hope that people feel stronger, healthier, and more grounded after taking my class.
