As a Team-Y Coach, I recognize that each body has its own unique strengths and limitations, so I encourage you in my mindful yoga classes to cultivate a heightened mind-body awareness, attune to your inner teacher, and adapt exercises accordingly. I regularly offer more challenging as well as less challenging options. My goal is for each of you to stretch, strengthen, balance, and deeply relax your bodies, and slow down enough to hear the voice of the true self within.
