Program Details

All classes are team-taught by a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Personal Trainer or Health Coach, and are offered virtually via video conference. The YMCA of Greater Boston is able to offer the Healthy Habits program at no cost to you (normally offered at $389) thanks to the generous support of our partners Sun Life and The Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation who are underwriting this program for our community.

Classes meet twice per week starting on January 25th. New sessions starting March 1st! Available sessions are listed below.

  • January 25th - April 1st
    • Mon/Wed 5:30-6:30 pm
    • Tue/Thur 3:00-4:00 pm
  • March 1st - May 6th
    • Mon/Wed 10:00-11:00 am
    • Tue/Thur 4:00-5:00 pm
    • Tue/Thur 6:00-7:00pm
