Program Details

Classes meet three times per week, and are currently being held virtually via video conference. Enhance Fitness is offered at no cost to the community due to generous support from organizations like Beth Israel Lahey Health and other committed supporters.

Days and Times

Classes start on January 25th. New sessions are starting February 22nd! Available sessions are listed below.
