I would describe my training style as holistic in nature, specializing in lifestyle and behavior change, performance and hight intensity interval training. I believe that our mental and physical wellness are intertwined and that we get the most out of training when we have a solid mind-body connection. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, being outdoors, and traveling to Vermont to unplug. I love being a part of the Y because it is such an uplifting and diverse community.
