Growing up I was never the most gifted physically, particularly in traditional sports, but I really wanted to participate. After high school, I earned a BS in Athletic Training. I continued my education with a Masters in Sports Nutrition and as my career has unfolded over the last 20 years, I’ve added Barre and Yoga to my specialties. As your personal Team-Y Coach, I will help you achieve your fitness goals with all my experience and enthusiasm. Let’s get stronger, together!
Recommendations
There are lots of excellent, low impact ways to tone and energize the entire body. After one of my classes, I like to do some gentle yoga or focused pilates to really open up the joints and invigorate my mind and body - I think you’d really enjoy these classes too!
